This concept is new to Buenos Aires and came as a necessity from a strong tourism in the city and the establishment of new businesses in need of hotel service for its members.
The building has 11 floors, with 75 units settled with good income level and endings that make it different following the guidelines of IQ products.
Downstairs runs a confectionery made by the customer support of entrepreneurship, we also perform an art room with displays of various Argentine artists giving the necessary glamor to the people staying there.
On the 10th floor the amenities a spa, a pool of 20 meters long and a solarium with an excellent orientation are located. We also have a gym with machines of last generation.
The IQ style seen in every detail, on the ground floor all marble in black and white, the driveshafts with diffused lighting that allows us to recreate a special atmosphere.
